1st Cut Carpentry Ltd was established in 2015 by Rory Porter who has been a carpenter for 15 years. Rory’s vision was to create a company that specialised in bespoke and commercial carpentry, that delivered a high quality service at competitive prices.  Six years later, we now have a large workforce of highly skilled and reliable workers covering all areas of Surrey, Sussex, Kent and London and have a vast number of large commercial projects under our belt.

We specialise in carpentry for commercial properties, new builds and apartment buildings across the South East of England. We have a portfolio of clients ranging from developers to County Councils and have worked on everything from new home developments to luxury high end apartment blocks. We have passion for what we do and we do it well!
