Our team participates in structured training programs, daily briefings and regular toolbox talks to ensure best practices are upheld. Frequent inspections and a robust reporting system help us continuously refine safety measures, ensuring a secure working environment for everyone involved.

Ongoing Training

Every member of our team holds a valid Trade CSCS card, with supervisors and managers certified in SSSTS or SMSTS, as well as face-fit and first-aid training.

Regular Inspections

Site inspections are conducted by our safety officer, with reports issued and action points followed up by senior site managers.

Incident Management

All incidents, no matter how minor, are investigated and logged. Lessons learned are shared with our team to improve safety procedures.

Annual Reviews

At the end of each year, we collaborate with our health and safety advisors to set priorities and refine our safety protocols.
